The Giggler Memorial Library is the largest library in Scrungletown. It is on Dingus Street, next to the Fungus Flinger Factory.
The library is in memorial of Bunglus Giggler, the one who vanquished the terrible Enphoso.
The owner of the library is very mysterious, only known as The Eeper.
The librarians say there are only two floors, but blueprints found that there may be a basement of unknown purposes.
